Avignon at mid-morning. We’ll transport you to our hotel, an elegant 14th
century priory in the village of Villeneuve Lez Avignon. The remainder of
the day you can explore the nearby shops, take a short swim or relax under a
provençal pergola. Our evening repast will be at the hotel served with Cote
de Rhone wines.
Day 2. Villeneuve Lez Avignon – Mid-morning bike ride to the
charming stone clad hill town of Châteauneuf de Pape. We will explore and

Return to Villeneuve Lez Avignon for a well-earned dinner.
Day 3. Villeneuve Lez Avignon to Uzès – Our destination is a
small village outside of Uzès. Along the way we pass the vineyards of
Provence and the quaint towns of the Gard. Stop along the way to pick some

beauty. We arrive at our unique domain set in the small quiet town of
Castillon-du-Gard.
Day 4. Uzès – Today is an optional bike ride to visit the town
of Uzès for shopping or the Roman aqueduct of Pont du Gard which spans the
Rive de Gardon. Or just relax… stay poolside with a good book while
listening to the church bells.

picturesque town and home of Van Gogh, Saint-Remy. We will cycle through the

pines. Our hotel is within a park-like setting near the heart of St.-Rémy.
Day 6. Saint-Rémy – Today options abound. Go into Saint Rémy
and check out the shopping, a café or museums. Or, take a short bike ride

town…or both. Tonight is a free evening for you to go into Saint-Remy and
try out a local restaurant.
