Tour price:  $3850 per person, based on double occupancy

Tour Includes:

• All hotel accommodations (eight nights) including luxurious châteaux and charming inns.

• Seven (7) evening gourmet dinners including regional wines.

• All continental breakfasts.

• Use of 24-speed men’s or women’s frame touring bikes. Bikes are equipped with water bottle, lock, and pump.  Please supply your own helmet.

• Support vehicle to carry luggage, purchases, handle repairs, or to give a timely lift.

• Services of tour guides familiar with the region, language and who, as cyclists, can offer riding tips and mechanical assistance.

• All baggage transport.

• Transfer from and to train stations at the beginning and end of the tour.

• Complete information packet on how to prepare for the trip.

• Daily maps and pre-marked routes for easy riding.

• A specially designed HWBT shirt.

Reservations, Deposits, & Payment

To reserve a space, please complete our Reservation Form and include a deposit of $1,000 per person.  Please make the check payable to HWBT.  We will send you an information packet with more details about the itinerary, your trip and final payment.  Final payment of balance is due April 21, 2010.

Cancellations

Based on hotel policy in France, HWBT's cancellation policy is as follows:  Deposits are refundable, less a $100 fee for cancellations received prior to January 1, 2010.  Cancellations received between January 1, 2010 and April 21, 2010 will result in full loss of deposit.  Balance of tour cost is due April 21, 2021.  Refunds for cancellations received after April 21, 2010 will be calculated based on non-refundable moneys paid to hotels, restaurants and other vendors by HWBT, in addition to deposit.  Where replacements are found for a cancellation, HWBT may at its sole discretion modify this cancellation policy to reflect any actual losses.
