After cycling all day, it's nice to know that a wonderful place is awaiting your arrival.  HWBT always tries to stay at unique and interesting inns and hotels that are special to the region we are visiting.  That's why the accommodations will range from 5- and 4-star chateaux or villas to quaint and charming inns.   This range also allows our tours to be more affordable than other bike tour companies.  And, we believe you have a opportunity to become more familiar with the places we tour by staying in a variety of these carefully chosen accommodations.

The 2010 trip to the Burgundy region includes some very special properties that we believe represent some of  the best the region has to offer.  We will be staying at:

•  Château d'Igé  is a 13th century the feudal château in the center of the small village of Igé and it has stood proudly in the heart of southern Burgundy, more precisely in the Mâconnais region. Château d'Igé will be our hotel and restaurant for two nights at the commencement of our tour. www.chateaudige.com

• Château de Bellecroix, formerly a Commandery of the Knights of Malta, the château is a 17th and 18th century residence set in majestic grounds and is a unique place to relax and enjoy gourmet cuisine. www.chateau-bellecroix.com

• Hôtel Le Cep  is a former 16th century home situated in the heart of the medieval village of Beaune.  This four star hotel is the third stop on our sojourn through Burgundy.  www.hotel-cep-beaune.com
