The house is available April, May, June, July, August, September and October.  Prices vary depending on the seasonal month.  April, May, June, September and October are $4,000 each.  July and August are $8,000 each.   It is fully furnished, and maid service can be provided each week for a reasonable fee.  There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a nicely appointed kitchen, laundry in the garage, living room, family "den", and a large grassy backyard!   The house is located just a few moments after you come over the bridge.   There is a TV in the den (with DVD player), and also a TV in the Master Bedroom.  High speed internet access is available along with a printer for you to plug into.  Of course Cable TV is provided!

Address: 1430 3rd Street. Please keep in mind - this is the QUIET side of 3rd - a small "tributary" of 3rd that is not the main artery in Coronado.  It is nice and quiet, with great neighbors!  And, the gardener comes each week to take care of the yard.
